Location was small w/ a limited selection (typical for small college town I guess). Staff was helpful & showed professonalism in assisting me in getting my car off the auto transport.

Loretta DNo one there. Return time was not was correct The he lady at the hair salon, in the U-Haul location, was nice and said she would tell them we returned the unit. Truck needs to be looked at for over raving, often, and the ramp will detach when fully extended. Usually the ramp has a connection preventing this.
