It was a good drop off experience. Appearance could be better.
Rebecca MLocation was closed on Sundays, but I got it dropped off. When dropped off, I received a screen saying I owed money for going over the milage. I disputed, due to being given an alternate pick up location and going around a detour on my route. It stated I would be contacted, but was not and the overage was charged to my card anyway.
