Pick up was ok. Trailer was ready but the moving blankets were not available (had to purchase from Home Depot). Returning was a different story. No one answered the phone and no one at the location to drop off. Called U-Haul Regional office and they tried unsuccessfully to reach operator and told me to drop and take pictures. Ended up downloading the U-Haul App and leaving the trailer at site 4 hours before scheduled drop off. An hour after scheduled drop off time, operator returned my call/messages. Left front trailer tire was 10 psi low (added air) and bald.

I would recommend this location. The people I talked with on the phone that owned this location was super nice and helpful but the homeless lady living in the corner at the key location was unprofessional.
