I had made my reservation a couple weeks prior to my move from Indiana to Utah. A day before the move, a representative called me letting me know that they did not secure an auto transport for me and that if I wanted one I would have to drive 3 hours round trip to pick it up. The store they sent me to was not even open the day/time I was scheduled to pick it up so I had to get a hold of the company and the solution was for me to simply send them pictures and take the trailer myself. Overall, U-Haul is very disorganized and does not care about its customers. I would have much rather went with another company that actually wants to help such as Penske.
