I dropped off after hours and used the app which went smoothly. I felt it was a little weird to just drop a trailer off and not have it locked so no one else could just drive off with it, but there were cameras so maybe that is considered enough security. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience for renting the trailer and will recommend to others. Thank you!

Looks like the last customer left some sort of yellow dust (like corn color) but I only had boxes to load so it was not a problem. I vacuumed it out before I returned it so the next customer would have a clean trailer.
