For some reason the phone signal was bad at the location. Pick up via app it was a challenge. We had to made three calls. On the last call the person that answered our phone call walked the extra mile with us. Patient with the disposition of guiding us step by step to get the rented truck. Please, let him know that his assistance was greatly appreciated.

When the reservation is made at least a week in advance, don’t wait until the customer calls you 2 hours after the agreed/ confirmed upon pick up time at the original pick up location to give a new pick up location 20 miles out of the way!!!!

MICHAEL SIt was Saturday and no one was at the business. Wasted an hour of our time online trying to confirm the rental and get the key. Also booked and paid for an appliance dolly which was not in the truck. Cell service was bad in the area and trouble hearing over the phone.
Jason TThe gentleman issuing the uhaul was late by an hour and a half this impacted the time I had movers help and degraded the success of the operation. I originally scheduled for 9am online pickup to alleviate concerns but upon arrival of location there was no keys for me to be able to pick up the truck. I had to wait to be able to receive them by hand and conduct moving operations. Very poor service and I still paid full price for everything, but believe I should be reimbursed atleast partially due to the wait.
Sean CFirst, I get there to find out my reservation had been cancelled. By whom I still don't know. Then the they re-enter it (5 times because she didn't know what she was doing)and then added extras, without even asking me. So I got charge $40 for insurance, that wasn't on my first order. Which I will be fighting. Then good luck trying to get your trailer out. It's tucked in the corner of a parking lot surrounded by cars. The whole process was a nightmare. I use U-Haul periodically for moving equipment that I repo. I'm definitely going to look at other option.

Customer service on the phone was the only one helpful and finally got us into the truck an hour and a half later. They did not have the shipping pads I paid for and only had a 1/4 tank of gas. James RWe were quoted about $60 for our reservation. Adding .79 per mile, our total should not have been more than 110. It’s INSANE that we ended up having to play about 170-180.

Job GService the trucks more!! The "Service Engine" was on. Then the "wrench" light,meaning a variety of issues associated with the powertrain components, such as the engine, driveshaft, and transmission. It was spitting and sputtering the entire time. All this before there was even anything in the truck!! And the cargo area stunk

Paul PIt was easy and fast. I like the way you can return it with just a cell phone. The truck was clean and everything works. It was bumpy but I didn't expect it to ride like a Cadillac. Overall, It was a great truck at a fair price and the location was perfect, the people very accommodating.
Thomas BMake sure your trucks are clean because I had to pay a cleaning fee for trash I didn't even know was in the cab of the truck. Also make sure you properly document everything I'm supposed to be doing and not over charge me for things I shouldn't be charged for. Also make sure equipment is stocked and viable. I had to pay for a chain on the auto transport that was never there in the first place. Very poor service.

Heather AI was charged an additional 75 deposit and told that they didn't have a record if it, yet I or iced my credit card company did. I was told it could not be released until 1 month later, even though I fulfilled my obligations. Poor customer service, indeed
