The below average has nothing to do with this location, it's just not the location that I reserved the truck for 2 month ago. It was 35 miles from Statesboro and that was where I had reserved a truck 2 months ago, When I got to Statesboro there was no truck to be found and this put me a day behind and spent 2 hours on the phone looking for a truck. Finally got one in Reidsville for the next day, but got there and it wasn't there either. Another 2 hours wasted, but finally got a truck later. I will NOT rent from U-haul again! Why reserve a truck if it's not going to be there. This has nothing to do with Reidsville Ace Hardware, this is 100% on U-haul! I should have not even had to drive to Reidsville. Nice Lady in Reidsville was super helpful.

This reservation was changed at the last minute because the original pick-up location did not have the trailer. I was not informed until I called ahead for pick-up. Also, I had reserved a dolly, but there wasn't one available when I went to pick-up the trailer. Very "bush-league". Seemed like nobody cared about the inconvenience of having my pick-up location changed, or not having everything I had reserved. It wasn't their problem but they were happy to take my money.
