Ronny MThis 20 inch truck was extremely dirty on the outside. During my move, some of the dirt reaped on my items. Very disappointed that this vehicle was not washed.
Jean WThe location did not look open, we pulled thru a Back gate as I was calling the location. The lady that answered told me to park it in the field, let me first say it had been raining and was still misting. I pulled into the field just in front of all the units there and the very Muddy field, two men came out and helped me unhook. We left there and began my travel back to my daughters when the location lady called me and ask if I had just dropped the trailer off, I said yes, she was very rude, she ask why I parked in the field and did not back it into a space- I parked in the filed like you told me (I replied). She barked back at me - I DID NOT SAY THAT I SAID PARK IT BY ANOTHER TRAILER. I replied-No you didn't she came back at me again. upset I said- do you want me to turn around and come park the trailer in that muddy filed? she said "No I will find a way to park t. I hung up. Very rude, very rude.
SOPHIA SThe truck was NOT inspected for my safety. That truck almost KILLED me. The bearings on the front passenger side were all gone. The tire was ready to come off. It was an AWFUL experience.

Ricky MWent to this location twice. The first time I went the lady was rude and I was told the truck I wanted was reserved... That truck sat in the same spot for several days and never moved.... I ended up having to rent a truck from another location that was bigger and more expensive... I was told by a uhaul rep I would have a 25$ credit because of having to pay for a bigger truck. Upon returning this the truck to the other location I rented the small one I had originally tried to get, so I got it for a couple days. They called 1 1/2 hrs before I had to return the truck to see if I was going to return it on time. The particular location has been said hay and feed has been found left in the trucks. So they're storing their products in the trucks. I know the truck we got smelled bad in the back. There was nerds and wrappers in the center area under the radio. The truck had not been cleaned out. Not a very good thing I'd rather do business with the people at the other location. I didn't even want to go back to this location at all to even return the truck. Very unhappy about the whole ordeal. Don't think I'll be using uhaul anymore.

Charles MClue: the customer is king in your business! The customer is always right ----- whatever the circumstances! Uhaul needs to change it's policy so that the customer gets the deposit back in cash if it was made in cash. No more waiting for 10 days for a check ----- that's not right! The customer had to pay the deposit immediately so why shouldn't the customer get it back immediately?!
John YU-Haul national internet seems to be down a lot and it makes it difficult when picking up equipment. Local store does well coping with this!
Mike AYour website only allows one picture. I took several. Cigarette ash in the cab. Windshield so filthy you could not see. Has to mop the storage area so I wouldn’t bring debris in my house. The woman who runs the store has no customer service skills…none!

Raven BEvery time I drop off at this location they find a way to charge more . Never fails every single time . It's very off putting. Called and told the lady I had paper work to show when I picked it up where it was and it was where it was supposed to be when I dropped it off yet, they still wanted to charge an extra amount for fuel. Absolutely ridiculous. She told me if I wanted a refund for fuel to call some other place ,. But my bank account says they are the location that took extra that I didn't owe. Very unsatisfied . UNDERSTATEMENT.

Janet JThe woman at the location we rented from was very rude, unpleasant and not helpful at all. What could have easily been resolved continued to escalate until we both became rude. I would not recommend this location unless you are able to deal directly with uhaul and have no contact with anyone in the store. This was added stress that we did not need.

Tabatha MTook one hour repeated attempts to get truck. We made many calls to unsullied . Hung up on multiple times. Put on hold to never come back an continue. One person did not how to help us at all. Due to poor internet service in small town we were unable to send the items requested by Haul. Customer service was the worst. I had 2 children with special needs with me. This was an awful experience.
Alvin AYour telephone cust. svc reps need to be retrained. I was on the phone with them for almost an hour; was cut-off twice; a black lady in scheduling got all put-out when I asked for her name then disconnected me. HOW RUDE!!!! That about did it for me and uhaul. The nice ppl at Brewton Feed and Hay came to the rescue and "saved the day" for uhaul and me. If you're losing customers, it's bc of your customer svc ppl?

Ricky MRequire customer wifi access if picking up/dropping off after hours. It took in excess of 2 hours using both your website and the uhaul app to complete checking out the vehicle. Of the 2 hours I spent 1 hour and 28 mins on the phone with a uhaul customer service assistant who would just stop talking or responding for several minutes at a time without notification ( it seemed as if she was trying to get me to hang up/give up) She also would simply blame all the issues on the uhaul website and the uhaul app. She also blamed the cellular reception, but at no time did the 1hr 28min phone conversation drop. It was an extremely frustrating experiences that cost me the valuable time I needed to get my move started. This was the night of 4 Oct, I placed the call at 7:13pm and finally got the key box open at 8:41pm CST.

Sibylle PThe staff was very helpful. I rented a 15 ft truck that needed to be retired. The steering was really loose which made the truck hard and dangerous to drive. Trucks need to checked out thoroughly before they are rented. I made it to my location safely but it was definitely a struggle to keep it between the ditches.
