As did the people at drop-off, U-haul representatives should keep the equipment separated by type and spaced properly so at drop-off the customer feels safe and part of the U-haul standards.

For the customers to be able to drop the rentals off after hours

I was disappointed that the pickup location gave priority to other customers as oppose to the U-Haul customers. Another U-Haul customer and I had to wait for store customers. Even store customers who came after us were "allowed" to skip us. Other than that the location is convenient and the trailer was in good condition.

Even though it was nearly the office's closing time, the staff was professional and promptly got me checked in. They explained that I would receive my receipt via email and within a minute or two, I received the email. I would recommend this U-Haul location to others.

When I dropped off the trailer, I did so after hours. The self check-in directions provided by U-Haul instructed me to leave the trailer onsite. However I was unable to access the U-Haul location due to the gate being closed and locked and a couple of U-Haul trucks parked in a manner they blocked the gate. There was no place to park the trailer except in front of another business.

We luckily ran into an owner/worker at the drop off who kindly let us in to drop off our trailer. Otherwise it would've been unclear if we could have done an after hours drop off as the property was closed off. The after hours return was a little tricky as one of the web browsers refused to share a location and the return process could not proceed without that step. Eventually tried another browser and it worked. This is obviously not related to the location but rather the online return system. But overall it worked.

Easiest reservation and rental I've ever had. Very efficient both ends. Only thing is I am so used to driving with cruise control that I'd be doing 55 one minute then look down and I'm doing 75 lol. Overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend U Haul.

Improve the maintenance of your equipment. The wheel bearing went out causing the the tire to fall off 6 miles from the rental center. Mitch from Brewton Feed was more than willing to open the store and give me a replacement trailer at 10:30 in the evening. the service I received from this was great but maintenance of your equipment needs dramatic improvement.
