The service was terrible. We had to wait in between liquor store customers and it took over 30 minutes to get the truck. The truck was extremely dirty in the cab and the back. When I returned it I had to take a picture of the gas and mileage and bring it back into the store. Two days after this experience my fiance became ill and was checked for COVID-19 had we just found out he was positive. I have rented uhaul before and never had an experience like this. Will never pick up from there again!!!!

Not have a location at a liquor store that looks like an abandoned building and have the employees know how to do the contract without asking to text pictures to a random unknown number, seems very very shady

no help to pick-up the trailer from the car, they found a friend to help pick-up and set it down, it would have been easy if it had a crank handle to get it off the car.

Don't tell someone that you need a 2” ball with a 2”drop for trailer and then trailer scrapes the ground. Cost more because of bad information and illegal to operate with no clearance.

The guy didn't know how to sign out the truck. He had to call someone, it took over 30 minutes to pick up the truck. He also added Safe move for $31.32 without my consent.

As a late-minute, unilateral change, your company directed me to this dump. The store clerk was friendly but untrained on renting trucks, so she had to call in the store manager, who walked in looking like he had just rolled out of bed. The next 30+ minutes involved the store manager on the phone trying to finalize the contract while continually blaming internet and system issues. The truck itself was new and it was clean, but it did not appear to have been cleaned, which was disappointing considering the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. To boot, the store location was further away, so I basically paid a premium of about $20 for terrible service.

The location knew very little about how renting a uhaul works... I rented online ,checked in online ,verified online and had the message saying get your keys and go and had to argue with store clerk and owner of store to give me the keys to the vehicle even with a uhaul rep in chat verified.... They told me they were not certified to rent the trucks only receive returns several times I lost a half hour of use and it caused a lot of frustration on my end. Would not recommend to anyone
