Location made return time just minutes over the 24 hour period to push rental into another day. I've had this happen at another location as well. Seems to be a tactic used by neighborhood uhauls to get an extra day's rental without having the equipment out another day. Customer service at location was poor and was not any help. Had to call about five different times, spending several hours on phone calls, to receive a refund once regional supervisor was reached out to. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
