Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We have used uhaul many times but instead of spending 45 minutes to pick up our truck and trailer that Tuesday morning it took about six hours of our time. Uhaul kept changing the time on us and it was very frustrating. I don’t have enough time to explain all that went wrong. We had not had a poor experience with U-Haul before this. We use U-Haul a lot because we do the moves ourselves as a military family. It was very hard on our family especially with the initial stress of the move. Customer service was not very compassionate or caring towards our experience.

Popped a tire that had an obvious bubble and yall made me haul it 600 miles back no compensation yall can kiss my ass
Nicholas DThe service was fast when I picked up but two of the four tires on the utility trailer were low. I had to tow it home to put air in the tires and I found a screw stuck in the one tire. Luckily I had a plug kit in the garage I could use to fix it. If this were anyone else, they probably would not have even known about it and couldve been stranded somewhere. At the very least, just do a general check on the vehicles and trailers you have coming in and out. Check overall condition, tires, lights, hitch, etc. Then you know its good for the next person.
Ross AHorrible service. Gave me the worst uhaul in the worst condition. Gave me a different uhaul after I already picked the one I wanted. I told him it’s a one way for 10 days. After he rang me up he told me I have 5 days to return and if I don’t it’s $40 extra per day. My husband found another uhaul place that charged $150 less than what he charged me but I already signed and paid at this location so there was nothing i could do. No clue why this employee gave me an entirely different rate. Totally took advantage of the situation. My husband was out of town so I had to handle by myself.
