We started in the biggest unit you had, after our oldest child moved out, we only needed the next size down, you made it easy to move to the next size down. You put us 6 units down had it done in no time. It was alway clean even the bathroom was super clean, I will tell anyone who needs storage about you, we will be sure to come back when we need storage needs.

The "program" to scan my drivers license was not working very well and delayed the check out process much longer than it needed to be. If scanning a DL with someones PERSONAL phone to upload onto your computer is the best way you can complete this task, I MIGHT look for another way to conduct business.

No one was there or could be reached at booking location, customer service for u haul sent me to a further location and I had to take a larger truck which used more gas and mileage. Not pleased, location next to Hideaway needs better management.

We had our belongings in a climate controlled unit for almost 4 years and I am happy to say that everything is in the same condition as the day we put them in there. There were no strange smells, mildew, or BUGS in any of our clothes or boxes. We put mattress bags on all of our mattresses so I’m sure it helped. The ONLY suggestion for the facility is to provide more carts to transport stuff to the units. We had a 2nd floor unit and we had to hand carry a lot of our things because all of the carts were in use by other people.

Truck was old, brakes soft and truck shock at about 45 miles per hour. Upon return attendant was snobbish and almost critical of me relating these items to her. actually, a very poor attitude towards me. I owned a large storage facility and was a U-Haul dealer for 9 years. This attendant would never work for me!

The entire purpose of this rental was to have a dry truck to move stuff in the rain. The back of the truck was left open in the parking lot, so the bed area was soaked with rain and covered in leaves. The door should have been closed while it was being stored in the parking lot.

The U-Haul itself I rented was not well maintained. It took some time to shift into gear and the AC was not very cold. I must say the it did the job though.

Easy pick up and drop off. Truck was clean and a/c worked great, it was 95 degrees. Made reservation online, pick up took less than 5 minutes! Nice, friendly customer service.

Trucks cruise control went out within 75mi of starting my drive. ABS light came on as well, traction control light came on too. Braking was sluggish, steering wheel was crooked and bit aligned at all.

I was upgraded since my 15' was not available with an additional 60 miles. But they did not honor that and charged me for 25 miles. I called and was told the dispute was noted and would receive a call. But that did not happen. Other than that it was fine

Great facility at a great price. When we moved to Fernandina we went from a 5200sq ft home to a 2300Sq ft home and had a lot of stuff my wife did not want to part with so we looked for a storge unit. Bridgeview was perfect. Friendly staff, very helpful, easy access to the facility and a price that was lower than most places in this area. I would recommend them over any other storage facility in Nassau County

This uhaul rental was the worst experience of my rental-ing life!!! First no one inspected the truck with me. No one started it up and let me hear it. Nothing was done to Check the vehicle with an employee - they sent me out there to do it by myself and I didn’t know to start the vehicle up??!! When I finally got the truck later—- it sounded like a damn diesel. It was so loud, but it wasn’t. It was a gas truck —- just sounded horrible. I demanded that U-Haul have it inspected before I would drive it from Florida to North Carolina and y’all did have a mechanic come and look at it and it did get me to North Carolina —- but it was loud and sounded like a clunk of junk the whole way… Further, nothing on it was electric not the locks not the windows , there was no cruise control !!!!! I had to drive from Fernandina Beach Florida to Murphy North Carolina without any cruise control!!! This is the worst trip of my life thanks all to your crappy truck!!!! #unhappyuhaulcustomer

We utilized a storage unit at Bridgeview Self Storage for many years. The property has always been well maintained, the staff accessible and friendly, and we have always felt safe. The location is fully fenced and gated. The hours of operation are convenient. My biggest compliment is the safety factor - never once I have felt uncomfortable or concerned about my safety. We often visit the space after dark and safety is very important to us.

I could complain about stuff in general, but that would not highlight my true reason for discontinuing storage with Bridgestone. The two rate increases imposed by Bridgeview in a very short period of time left me with the opinion the increases were excessive, opportunistic and motivated by greed on a grand scale.

It was well maintained, helpful staff even when it wasn't a good answer back. Two downfalls 1)You have to put in a code to get in the door or elevator, every single time. It's quite annoying (secure but ANNOYING) 2)It is way to expensive to rent at this place. Unbelievably expensive, it is not worth the money you pay by any means. I recommend trying to find cheaper. They DO NOT pro-rate, so I had to leave 4 days earlier then I needed. They don't tell you this so be aware. It was very annoying and unhelpful. Overall not a bad place just not worth the money.

Upon returning to Florida to retrieve my items from my storage unit, I found that the rusted metal pipe running along the ceiling of my unit (I’m assuming was in case of fire) had leaked rusty water and residue on all of my belongings. I had to throw nearly everything in my unit away. After paying for this storage unit for three years, this is more than disappointing and unacceptable. Also, the high cost compared to other storage facilities, I would expect there to be some sort of pest control, however there were mice, roaches, lizards, and many other bugs infesting all my boxes, sealed storage bins, and furniture. Such a shame.

Did not move out I rented the unit for a good long time just a couple times late, no big deal was paid before late fee's kicked in Now Ive come onto hard times can't make payments and would not let me move my stuff out because of contracts Probably be cheaper and better off building a shed for a family member or friend and keeping it there no matter the outcome your still out that money at least you're gonna get your stuff back when it time

My experience started with a brief visit to Bridgeview Self-storage where I met Nancy. She was very professional, kind and courteous. We quickly developed a relationship and henceforth meeting Jenny, George, Nicholas, and the rest of their awesome staff members. They all made it possible to retrieve my belongings when I relocated far out of the city. I requested for a moving company and they provided me with few enabling me to choose S & S Moving Company, which was perfect. I even tapped S & S Moving Staff Members individually. I would highly recommend Bridgeview Self Storage Center, located at Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
