I returned the truck to the designated address on my paperwork, 371 Market St, Lawrence, MA, only to be told by the attendant when he went to look it up that I was at the wrong UHaul terminal. my wife was already headed to the designated address to pick me up so I asked him to deliver the truck, as I had completed my trip and arrived at the address on the paperwork. He refused, gave me another address and I had to climb back in after a 20 hour drive to correct a U-Haul error. Very poor customer service.
