Rental pickup location did not receive the scheduled contract and no one was present. Had to call owner to show up and he had troubles getting the paper work to register on your website. I had already preregistered and giving all info. Had to wait 30-40 minutes just for them to get it correct on your site and then they had trouble printing it. I ordered 2 dollies and they only found one for my use.

Gentlemen I talked to was rude. I explained that I had no signal to be able to login and he snapped at me. Tried to price gouge me over gas. And then still got charged a ridiculous price.

U-Haul check-in on-line was very difficult to complete.

Location is 25 miles from my home...The person on phone was nice enough to give me extra miles but I did not feel that was enough. Plus the vehicle was ready for early pick up but the blankets were NOT in my vehicle so had to wait for them to open. When they did, the person did NOT do UHAUL...the UHAUL person was on a float trip. She did manage to get my 48 blankets, get the key to the truck and talked to a UHAUL person on the phone that checked me in. Not impressed with this part of my UHAUL experience.

We had trouble completing the download picture and they were closed at 11 o'clock on a Saturday. I like dealing with real people. I called back on Monday and it seems like everything was processed

This was a great welcome to our new home. Not only did the return facility let us keep the equipment overnight because we got in late, he was great with helping the customer in front of us and giving us some suggestions of places to use around town.

Absolute nightmare. First they gave me the wrong key. Then they gave me the wrong truck. They made me drive 30 minutes to come back for the right truck. Very unorganized. And then I was charged $18 for extra fuel when I added more to the truck than what it had when I picked it up! I am livid. I have used Uhaul many times and never had the problems that I had this time.

I noticed while driving the truck on the road the steering wheels has a small discrepancy turns comparing to the front tires. That's dangerous the truck is needed to be readjust.

As we were dropping the dolly off, a man flew up in a suv and accused us of stealing the dolly. We proceeded to tell him we were dropping it off and he changed his attitude but never did he apologize for approaching us as a total jerk.

No one was there neighbor said they move the U-Haul place although that's for the U-Haul people told me that's for the drop place was will never do business with you all again
