Online check in was a little confusing at first. Made reservation in my name and listed husband as driver. He went to pick up truck but had problems using his phone to do it.Kept telling him that he had to enter an alternate number but would not accept my phone number. Went inside to complete check in And was told since it was started online it had to be finished online, I had to come and use my phone for check in finally.

Mobile check on and check out was garbage. Staff was great. I wasted at least 30 minutes trying to check in and out for it to keep failing.

automated pick-up took 20 minutes of rental time and the truck still had to be back ON TIME! Better warn people about the delay and have them arrive 20 minutes early or apply four window once you have access to the keys!!!!! Really not happy about this. No the location's fault, they offered to help, this is a corporate issue.

I'm very upset that when I the uhaul location I was 29.99 for a box truck rental, after taxes it was roughly around 47.00.. after i moved my mom and returned the truck, the next morning I looked at my bank account and I was billed another 58.00 and I don't know why and I cant get ahold of anyone to find out why!!

the return online app is atrocious and kept forcing me to restart the process every time I needed to take a picture, which by the end of it required me to take "newer" pictures, very frustrating and made me want to throw something, preferably at whomever was responsible for that.

The person working there was rude because I thought I had already registered online and didn't have to give all my info again. It was snowing and my 76 year old father and had to clean off the snow ourselves. She did it for the next customer in line ad when she saw us cleaning ours, she apologized and said she had just got there at 9:00 and didn't have Romero clean them. It was 10:00 when we finally got the truck. Really disappointed

We returned our truck overnight, but forgot to put the dolly in the back of the truck. We returned in the morning to drop off the dolly and were there before the only employee arrived. I believe his name was Bob. Bob was awesome. He went above and beyond to help us check in the dolly and to extend a different reservation for a trailer. He was a great example of good customer service.

The equipment we wanted to rent (2 furniture dollys, was not available, but that was okay for us since the place we had things in storage was a uhaul rental. I think that was just an error because we originally had planned to rent from another location, so it was the person who made the change who may not have known the equipment was not available).The lady here was great. We were there a bit early, she came in and when she was ready, she came out to see if we were there to rent a truck and got us started. Very thoughtful.

Improve speed of pickup service. I spent 30-45 minutes online filling out paperwork with the promise of "speedier service" at check-in. I don't know if it was speedier because I didn't have a baseline, but it took over a half an hour at the check-in. People were very friendly and knowledgeable, they just had to fill out basically everything I typed in. Online they had me photograph the front and back of my license, upload it and then submit it with my paperwork. When I got to check-in, they did the same thing with my license and said it was policy. Check-in needs work - everything else was slick.

The gentleman working was absolutely great to work with. He was professional, friendly, and really made you feel like more than just another dollar bill walking through the door. There needs to be more employees like him - he is why I would refer this location to any one I know. I can get a UHaul just about anywhere, but cat get service like that.

First place I've rented a uhaul and the tank was on 1/4 of a tank and was told to bring it back at least 1/4 tank full. I filled the truck up because I was driving a long way, I'm not sure of gas mileage of a uhaul truck to figure how much gas to put in so when I'm finished and the truck is returned there is 1/4 of a tank. So when I dropped it off there is a half a tank, so dollar wise, I lost on the deal and the next person as well. So thanks for the rental but very disappointed to the fact it cost me more then it should have. If everyone fills it to full then even playing field for the customers not just uhaul. I reserved a 26' truck atJ Johnstown, but my pick up location was changed to Pataskala. I didn't like driving 15 miles to get my rental, when Ron's is only a couple of miles away! A customer should be able to get their rental where they chose.

These fools charged me 25.00 for cleaning a truck for the blankets that blizzard drive left in the truck. I am calling my credit card and challenging this charge because this is a joke and just another reason to not trust or use uhaul ever again. The truck had 1 driver that had 1 bottle of water in the cab. I know they didn't have to clean that. If it wad the blankets...i never ordered them and they were just thrown all over in giant piles when I picked it up and we didn't need them...they were in our way. Then they charge me for cleaning? What a joke. I'm furious
