Please make sure customers know whether the 10-foot truck reserved has a ramp. Some do and some don't. Also, please make sure to tell new customers that the app information requires around 30 minutes for pick up and return. It was definitely slow and glitchy. Interacting with a human would be much, much better.

I didn’t drop off at a U-Haul location. I dropped off at a storage unit location, which is one of the options they gave me as I was going state to state so there were no personnel outside, but the drop off was easy. They had parking for me and a clear findable dropbox for my keys. The drop off was seamless.
