I made my reservation about a week in advance, and everything seemed fine until the day of pickup. I scheduled my pickup for 5:45 PM knowing the location closed at 6:00 PM, and I don’t get off work until around 5:30. However, on the day of the rental, I received a last-minute call telling me that if I arrived at my scheduled time, no one would be there to assist me. This was extremely unprofessional and forced me to leave work early, causing me to lose paid time. When I returned the truck, I matched the fuel level exactly to the photo taken at pickup and even showed the CSR the comparison. Despite this, I was still charged for fuel. In addition, I was charged the minimum $25 cleaning fee for accidentally leaving my Matcha Magic collectible cup in the cupholder even though I had swept and wiped down the entire truck before returning it. To be charged the full minimum fee for a single cup felt unreasonable, especially after the scheduling inconvenience I had already dealt with. Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I definitely will not be using this location again.

STEFAN FI got there a guy was cleaning out the truck. Got inside the other guy was quick and professional. Truck looked brand new inside and out. Anyway service was great fast and got me in and out. App is really helpful.
Jean-Sebastien RThe gentleman we met was great, however the area was not safe and we were harassed by homeless people and street hustlers while waiting for our uber. I wish there were more options for drop-off but understand the demand for U-Haul trucks may not be high in New Orleans.

LARONDA BParking was difficult, this location is at a gas station and it was very hard and scary trying to park a big truck in a steady busy gas station. Next time I would drive out of my way to drop off at a location with easier parking for customers.

Richard TI didn't check the back of the truck or take pictures of the back of the truck. My husband and a friend loaded the truck with furniture..he said that he saw the red clay dust in the back of the truck but returned it like it was given to him with the red clay dust in it. The truck was returned with only 7 miles used. The sales person informed me e that 25.00 would be added to my bill. In the future I will make sure to take pictures of the back of the truck so that sn extra 25.00 will not be added to my bill.
