They did not have a dolly when I went to pick up the truck even though I reserved everything a month in advance.

The truck should not be in service . The system was down , there was no hand truck . This was the worst experience ever but it got the job done . I’ll never go back to that location.
Kevin GTRUCK ONLY HAD A LITTLE OVER 20000 MILES ON IT AND THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS DID NOT WORK, AT ALL. THIS RESULTED IN A DANGEROUS, PERILOUS DRIVE OF NEARLY 1200 MILES THROUGH HEAVY STORMS AT TIMES.
