CORRINDA L.Truck was dirty, I vacuumed it out. Also put more fuel in it when I returned it than what I received when I picked it up. Poor customer service and cost me $450 in movers that didn't move my home because I had a guaranteed 26' truck that wasn't available to pick up. Reservation was changed and I was no informed until two hours before pickup.

The agent risked my safety when he said “The steering is a little loose.†When driving in moderate winds I was unable to keep the truck in its lane, not because of the wind, but because of the loose steering. This is a dangerous truck and should not be on the road in its current condition.
