I had a reservation for pickup at 2pm. When I arrived onsite the sign said the office was closed and would re open at 3pm. I tried the self service option but was having trouble with it so I decided to come back at 3pm. By this time, 2 other customers had arrived, everyone was confused and the office was still not open and it was around 3:15pm at this point. I called and left a voicemail to the number posted on the door and never received a call back. Finally after calling a separate customer service line, I was able to get my keys from the lockbox. I will be needing a truck rental again very soon and plan on going elsewhere after the difficulty of this experience.

Keith DAlthough the Uhaul was "clean" there was SO many crumbs from passed driver all over the floor. I was also unaware of all the extra charges that Uhaul added on at the end. I went in thinking Id be spending around $30 or something along those lines. I ended up getting charged $91 and some change. Thats not the locations fault though. Thats Uhaul as a company that should be more upfront about pricing.
STORMY DLocation was fine, but ingress and egress were obstructed by construction. Very hard to navigate.

LUIS PThere was no washer fluid or it was broken. I was driving back from Vail and had to pull over in different places that were not safe to take snow from the side of the road and clean off the front windshield. It was very dangerous. 303-947-6113
Edwin SLocked doors with "out to lunch" and "leave a voicemail" signs up during business hours is not make a very professional impression. Once in contact with a human, she was quite friendly, professional and helpful.
BRADLEY RThere was a man named “Nick” and he called me stating that I can drop my u haul at his location (52 Widefield Blvd Colorado Springs CO, 80911) and I had told him to confirm that he switched the drop off and he never did. I called and called and no response. So I had to drive across town again and refuel the u haul once again. And the gentleman I called at the 1644 S tejon st location was rude. Stating “I’m about to leave what do you need” when I just had a simple question about dropping of at the other place.
Chance CVery friendly and efficient staff made it a breeze to return the truck (we picked it up out-of-state). Large spacious parking lot was easy to maneuver around.
THIEN VWhen I received my truck I had paid for a dolly ahead of time when I got to my house opened the back of the truck there was no dolly, there was blue sticky stuff all over the back of the truck , rocks and tissues . When I drove back to the location to get the dolly their hours on the door stated 9am opening time I got there at 9:15 and waited until 9:45am and the store was still closed when I called Uhaul they sent me to another location when I showed up I told them I needed a dolly the guy said he would just give it to me I explained I had already paid for it when I reserved my truck, he was a little rude and told me I have to request reimbursement of time and gas from the original store…. I was like the store that’s closed and won’t answer? Like WHAT. Then when I got back home instead of immediately packing my things I had to clean and mop the back of the truck.
