Front desk was at lunch for two hour. I came to drop off my truck at 138pm. No One was at the desk. When she did get back she told me....I have 15 minutes and I am not clocking in. I sat on the ground....she refused to ch3ck me in

Ronald MI had a reservation, we showed up and they didnt have it. It was for a different location. But my reservation was definately for the correct location. I ended up paying 150 more than the estimate. The entire thing was a mess from start to finish.

Sarah HIt used to be pretty simple to rent a U-Haul, not anymore! That online process is brutal, especially for us older folks who aren't tech savvy. It took me over an hour to set up the mobile pick up and dropping off was unduly arduous also. Thankfully the gal at the location was able to help me get through the online process or I'm not sure if I would have ever gotten through it by myself. Not fond of all the tracking (cameras and gps) either, there is enough surveillance going on in our country already. I just want to rent a truck for a few hours!
