PATRICIA C**NEVER WENT TO THIS LOCATION, and thag shouldve been put in the system. It wasnt put in the system and that says a lot.** This was a totally different experience from the last time we rented (years ago). The salesman seemed professional and efficient upon pickup. We returned the vehicle to the same location as pick up. The salesman made it seem like this changed everything, now we'd be paying much more. We initially paid $130 for the rental, and upon pick up we owed an additional $330. We used the rental for ONE DAY, making TWO trips within DFW, moving a family of 3 from a one bedroom apt, NOTHING excessive. And this costs close to $500?? No, we did not know uhaul goes by mileage now, because it was never explained to us and that's not how it was last time we rented. I asked the salesman if the price would be different if we dropped it off at the scheduled drop off location, and he said, "it would be around the same price, maybe even more". This was completely unexpected, and if this were another time in my life then we simply would not have been able to pay. This is a gross way of business and we will never use uhaul again.

Jennifer MI was not made aware during the online ordering process, that I would be charged $1.09 per mile! U-Haul is not such a good deal, I will be renting elsewhere from now on.
DAVID GEverything went well we just wished we were informed that particular 10' truck didn't have a ramp!! That was so disappointing knowing we had items that would have benefited with the ramp.
FELISHA SA/c was not working. Had to turn on an off both ac and fan several times to get it working . If not blowing hot air. Also the truck has poor brake
JINS MI so no need for improvement. The gentlemen at the desk where I got the rental was awesome! Then when we returned the truck, my son was able to follow the directions to take the necessary pictures, etc. It went great! Thank you so much!!!

Lisa AThe 24/7 truck share needs to be an option for the 9 foot cargo van. I really only needed the rental for one day, but had to do two because I could not do a pick up at my nearest location before business hours
JESUS SThey lied about the fuel gauge level and decided to charge me even though I took a picture of the actual . Because of rain I did not take the truck up to 0.5 mile from the location. How can they justify not charging for mileage but charging for 2 gallons of fuel.

MARTY LStore was closed but I felt weird leaving the truck there.. left a quarter tank of gas over what I was required and was still charged extra for mileage.. honestly, ridiculous.
MADELINE VClerk was friendly, professional and efficient; got us in the truck and on the road quickly. The equipment was easy to operate and drive; the equipment was clean and in good working order. However, we didn't like that the office was closed when we returned, even though the time of day was 4:45pm.

Irish REverything was fine but uhaul charges way too much, with no real itemized receipt.
MAHMOUD MI would love to be able to pick up keys with contactless check in. I picked up at 3:30 and the location was closing at 4. Other than that, everything was smooth.
