Tim BI was disappointed with my U-Haul rental. I specifically told the staff that I was moving my belongings from Dallas to Miami and needed a trailer/truck in good condition. Unfortunately, the unit I received had issues and my belongings got wet during the rain, causing damage. I expected better equipment and service for such a long-distance move.
