This was the closest location to drop off 24 hours. There was no one on site during my drop off, as it was after hours. The truck return through the app went well.

A/C on van did not work when switched to front vents, but seemed cooler when coming from defroster vents. No idea how that could happen.
The manager was the epitome of professionalism. I was very impressed on his ability to quickly serve each customer. Also the cleanliness of the truck and the in mirror back up camera was mind blowing. Amazing experience.
I could not get connected to the website when I drop the trailer so I called somebody did get on the phone quickly and told me everything was going to be fine. If I have complaints with you haul it's about how long the hold time is on the phone
