I was disappointed with my U-Haul rental. I specifically told the staff that I was moving my belongings from Dallas to Miami and needed a trailer/truck in good condition. Unfortunately, the unit I received had issues and my belongings got wet during the rain, causing damage. I expected better equipment and service for such a long-distance move.

Andrew DI dropped the trailer after hours. Of course there was nobody there so I can’t comment on the personnel and because it was closed, I didn’t go inside so I can’t comment on clean. It was easy to find an easy to place the trailer and everything went smoothly.
LYNDA SI did not get his name but the guy that rented me the trailer was awesome, very friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
