When we book the appointment it said we could have a 10-ft truck at a different location. They let us book it but apparently it was in for repairs. Why would they even let us book it? I'm not sure. We had to wait on hold for 20 minutes and then we're told to go to a different location. The 295 Broadway location. However, when we arrived nothing worked as planned in the app. We ended up having to call support who told us our truck was not there. The lady was extremely helpful and helped us get a different truck at the same price. But it was very frustrating as we were working with a tight space and we got the smaller truck purposefully to help us us not run into issues downtown. The staff at the gas station did not know anything about U-Haul's policies or about the equipment that should have been in the truck, and neither did support. Before this "event" I didn't even know you could rent a Uhaul from a gas station, and from now on I will not be renting one from anywhere but an actual Uhaul location.

It's basically an "outpost" - trucks parked at a gas station. The attendant was really nice but confusing as a pickup spot.

There were homeless walking around, so that felt a little unsafe. Also the return box was really hard to find. But otherwise, the gas station attendances was great! Thank you for a great experience!

The staff that works the gas station didn't know how to release a rental truck. The process took almost an hour to complete. That is with me already uploading drivers license and checking in the website.

uniformed and did not know how to handle rental. Failed to give paperwork to customer for return. Took hours just to get the truck.
