Larry and Tanya were super helpful in understanding in very aware of the situation. They were very professional helpful kind and attentive to me. Their point of contact was not able to rectify the issue because it's out of his district or region. As you can understand after a move is pretty exhausting loading unloading sorting dividing as well as driving hours and hours. I I look forward to hearing from a member from U-Haul!

I didn’t check out properly and u- haul sent Tonya a notification that the truck had been stolen! She took it in stride and when I got back, she upgraded all the paperwork, including my return. She made it super easy, and I would use them again, no doubt!!

RICHARD PExcellent service. Totally exceeded my expectations. Super helpful in connecting and disconnecting the trailer from my truck. In fact, I returned the trailer on Sunday when they are closed so I fully expected to unhook the 8X12 trailer myself. I called the posted number to have them open the gate which they did immediately. As I was preparing to disconnect the trailer myself, the owners arrived (on their day off) and took care of everything which was amazing. Please patronize this small business.

JOE MStaff was very friendly and helpful. Turned the rental in after hours. Could not get the app to work at this location either so was not able to upload any information. I called U Haul and was told the app may not work due to bad cell signal. I took pictures with my phone.
