Easy drop off. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. He also rented me a van for the rest of my time in town. Given there are no car rentals, uber/lyft or taxis in this area, I was grateful.

The wood slat in the inside of the truck was broken and not notated. It was a good thing we took a picture of it prior to loading because we were going to be charged for it.

I was NOT informed about having to sign on some website to mark the truck as returned and was then charged $59 extra for that. I put the keys in the orange box, like i was told by 5:40pm, and the guy said he closed at 5:30. Why didnt he tell me to make sure and mark online “truck returned”? But he saw me as did the cameras. It's not professional that im being charged $59 for no reason at all. I'd like someone to contact me so this can be dealt with, Please. Thank you John Miller

The online checkout app was a pain in the rear! I barely had internet at the drop off location, which made the process gruelingly slow. I waited on the phone with UHaul 800# for ~12 minutes and no one picked up. While the truck worked just fine, and the place I picked the truck up from had helpful, responsive support, this was, all in all, not a pleasant or satisfying experience.

Drive the van 3.9 miles and was charged 23.00 for gas when I complained, I was told I could go put 1/2 gallon of gas in it, person I spoke to was rude and condescending I work for a large company and we rent (Lincare) and we rent trucks frequently, horrible experience.

From above: The truck container hadn't been swept out and was dirty. We made sure to give it a good sweeping after we were done. This was, however, the fastest and easiest U-Haul rental transaction I've ever experienced. Friendly, supportive staff.

Clean the interior/exterior of the truck better. Windows were dirty and the previous person left a book of matches in the front. Smell suggests that previous person smoked in the front. Do your best to honor the existing reservation. I originally reserved a 15 ft truck and was told a few days prior that they don't have those at the location. I made my original reservation a month in advance. While I appreciated getting a 26 ft truck at the same rate, the additional space and gas was unnecessary. Also noticed upon arrival, that there was a 15 foot truck at that location, but it was going to someone else. Lastly, I reserved two dozen pads, but only 9 were made available. While I appreciate the refund for the pads, I was relying on more pads for the trip.

One of the staff members was being rude to the other Ana they were not well trained to understand uhaul system or customer service. They asked us questions over again as if we had not already reserved and checked in on uhaul site. They tried to only give us truck for one day after already giving us a smaller truck than requested. We were better off just using our own truck and making trips for this move. Not worth the cost. We were looking for better customer service experience.

While unloading it, the person for u-haul unhooked the tow bar from the ball before I drive it off the dolly. The dolly flied up and broke my front bumper of my car. He said he was filing an accident report.

I arranged to drop off the trailer a day late and was told that there would be no fee, do to the this was not my original drop off location and was charged 2 days late fee. It was corrected but only after I had to call uhaul and request it to be fixed.

My original reservation was through D&B Storage in Crescent City. We made the reservation online through the Uhaul website and it was listed as a location option several days before the reservation date however when we arrived to the location they informed us that they are no longer renting uhauls and are not sure why their location is still listed on the website

They were really helpful and they cared about my needs. They didn't have a 6 by 12 trailer but manage to get me one. Extremely happy with their service not their prices though.
