Very efficient drop off.
MELISSA MI picked up to U-Haul's at two different times. Both times they were dirty inside. The first time the U-Haul experience went good. The second time I was given a 20 foot truck that ran terrible instead of the 26 foot that I ordered. I was told by other U-Haul places that they could offer me an extra day and some extra mileage, but I was never offered that as I only needed thesecond U-Haul for one day and was made to take two days and was told that I could not get the other day refunded back to me.
