O problems here. These guys made it so easy for me to pick up and drop off the trailer I rented. Thank you.
MICHAEL Lthese people are thieves. made me wait over 20 min without acknowledging me, and acted inconvenienced when I advised I had a return. They made us back the trailer in a tiny spot and unhitch by ourselves. I dropped it off at 12:18 on 1/5 and took a picture because i knew they were shady and something would go down. Sure enough they said didn’t return until 1/10 and I was charged $28. I want my money back and I have called customer service and provided the picture with the metadata showing the drop off time and the location. I will never use U-Haul again due to these methy redrednecks. Get better companies for a return location.
