I am highly upset about this reservation. I brought the van back at my reservation time and my receipt shows it was brought back 5 whole hours after my time. I tried to call to rectify the issue informing them I even have my gas receipt to prove the time I brought it back & Uhaul has been giving me the run around. From storage to this van reservation I am through with Uhaul. One person was supposed to put in a refund and they didn’t. Aren’t these calls recorded. Please listen to the recordings.

zsakomi aI asked for no insurance and was charged Customer service needs lots of help They should have some kind of training to deal with Customers they have no idea what they are doing I was charged 111.75 for 26 miles and I put more gas then was in there Ii had a van that was 19.99
GERARD HMy truck was not available for after hours pick up when I arrived the first night, when I arrived the next day it was dirty with food spilled all in the back, the guy barely tried to mop it and then just gave me a cardboard box to put over it, I extended the rental with corporate but upon return I was charged for the 2nd day a second time.

KEVIN SBefore I rented it I showed the clerk the gas was not full, and not to charge. When j returned it I showed the clerk the photos and reminded not to charge for gas. Why am I being charged? This is a pattern by uhaul

Ralph MThe van was given to me with low tired pressure- which I ignored as it was a very short term rental. I could no longer ignore it when THE TIRE WENT FLAT AN HOUR AFTER RENTING IT. I understand this location is a middle-man for Uhaul, but the complete lack of maintenance is alarming. It was extraordinarily irritating to have to deal with a flat tire that could have been avoided with proper maintenance.

Andris JThis location had only 2 9’ vans one the battery was dead and the second one was dirty and dusty on the interior. It snowed the day before and the van snow was not removed off the van. There was not washer fluid in the van as I was on the highway and the windshield became hard to see out of. There was also a notification that kept popping up reading front tire low air. Someone need to maintain and maintenance the vehicles properly. They also should have more than 2 of one type of product on hand at one time

Richard KRecord the exact drop off time the customer returned the vehicle. I return the vehicle since 1140 am receipt says 12:57 . I would not use that location again. Neither would I recommend it to a friend. I guess a little something is going on there that’s way over an hour.over.
