I reserved a van. There was no van available so I had to take a truck. The back door of the truck would not remain latched. Twice it popped open while I was driving, and I had to pull over to close it. The truck did not have hazard lights.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was not my original location. My reservation was changed to this location. There was no inspection done, no contract emailed after pick up. so I took photos like I always do. No inspection after pick up. So again. I took my own photos.
roland gDespite noting on pick up and drop off that the dolly and furniture pads I ordered were not available, I was charged. And I was charged double the price for the equipment that didn't exist and the insurance for an unknown reason. This is scammy behavior that reflects on UHAUL, not the franchise. I will not use UHAUL if they can decide to ignore reality.
Autumn WI had to throw away some stuff because of rat poop and pee all over my couch highly upset.
Mariah BI was charged for equipment that wasn’t available to me. Also the truck was filthy.
