The tank of gas wasn't 1/2 full when I first got it but I didn't notice till I was at my apt.overall it was good

ELIZABETH CFirst we live in San Antonio, Texas and the weather right now is cold in the mornings and hot by noon. It had no heater or air conditioning. It drives very rough and you always have to have both hands on the wheel it sways to the sides. Company we got it from very nice and polite. That U-Haul needs to be repaired and needs to stay up north cause it’s not good here in Texas.
LINDA AFix that truck. It was very frightening. I was very disappointed if I had not had loaded that truck you would’ve had it back the next day. I did not have any help so I will not come there to get a truck again. I hope you all do better.
VERDIA LThis location is a joke and U Haul should be embarrassed to even list this location as a provider. First it is a very hard place to locate as they have no signage that is easily visible. I was lucky that there was one lone U Haul trailer in their small parking lot to indicate it was a provider. The few small signs were confusing which resulted in my having to back up my truck and trailer after pulling in to an area and then waved off by the only employee in sight and told to pull back into the small parking lot. I complied and waited 15 minutes expecting some assistance with unhooking the trailer and putting it in an appropriate spot. Nobody came out so I backed the trailer into a parking spot that was closest to me and then unhooked the trailer myself. The parking was on a slight incline so I searched the parking lot for something to chock the tire to prevent it sliding down and into the street. I found a small board and used that. When I went over to the office I was told to wait outside. After a couple of minutes another employee came out eating a sandwich and I informed him that I had dropped the trailer and asked if anything else needed to be done, He said no and then asked it I had checked the trailer in online. I said I had not and asked if that was something he should do. He advised that he would go online and check it in. I left at that point. This business was open for service and I expected some assistance and got none.
