The first trailer they tried to give me had a hole in tge tire with the wires showing and the second trailer that they did give me had no trailer breaks and I had to drive 850 miles with no breaks on the trailer because they didn't have any other one way trailers in st joseph except the one with the hole in the tire so I think when u guys check them in they need to be completely checked out before next rental and this is sad because I'm gonna have to find another rental for may!!!

There were issues picking up rental. The representative had a difficult time processing the return before she could then rent it to me. The other significant issue is that it was not explained to me that it was a mandatory 2 day rental. I was charged for 2 days and only had the truck less than 6 hours. I was told by the return agent I would only be charged for 1 day and was still charged for 2 days. Called customer service they are sending a ticket to management to review but could not make an adjustment.
KELLEENNA LWe got home there was a screw in the tire my husband has to pull the screw and patch it. This wasn’t the location I had originally booked I had to drive 20 more minutes to the next town to pick it up.

James CThey were very nice. I suggest better signs because it's not clear that the grocery store is the U-haul office. U-haul should let the customer know if they have changed the drop off point when they rent the truck, not through a text halfway through a move.
Perrin BI was double priced, went to fix it and now have been charged three times the amount. That doesn't make me happy. I am going back in to fix this. Their computer isn't working so transactions have to be done on a phone and I think it's just confusing. The people, however, are kind and trying to work things out. The actual working with them is great, the vehicle perfect.
Nancy NThis was not my original pick up location. It was 45 minutes away from where I live and in a bad part of time. We were scared to get out of the car. I would have been more comfortable at a uhaul facility.

Rick AThe box was full of straw and poop. Someone transported live stock in it and it wasn't cleaned afterword. We drove out to another uhaul location and used there supplies to clean it ourselves.
