Equipment was never checked in properly. I was contacted by the regional office to see if I still had the equipment. When I finally received my receipt, it incorrectly stated the drop off date and time and I was over billed.

I returned my equipment the same day I rented it 11/20/2018 10:36 from Columbia, Sc returned it to this location 11/20/2018 Jacksonville, Fl @4:50 pm. I had to get a email stating I didn’t return equipment in which I did. Called the return location and spoke with the personal who answered he said he would call back but never did. I asked when I returned it was there anything I needed to do. He said no. This is not a good experience because I could have been held responsible for something I knew I turned in.

Think any company that deal with service has to keep a clean and well mantaineed space for customers. The rented unit was clean inside but outside even see new was completely dirty.

The man was pretty nice but wante to charge me extra for being an hour late after I called him. So make sure you give yourself the necessary time to get to the drop off location.

The service I received from the pick up location was excellent, the rep was very efficient and kind. My drop off service was excellent as well and very quick. I would definitely recommend Uhaul again.

I was disappointed because i made reservation on one side of town(very nice),and had to pick up vehicle on the opposite side of town ,approx.18miles away(wasn't as nice)....would like for vehicle pick-up to be at reservation location or at least be informed(otherwise) prior to making reservation.

Make sure the customer gets their $50 deposit back I did not get mine back back that is poor customer service and unfair I am very disappointed and will use a different moving service next time due to being ripped off

John's support goes beyond what's needed during the stressful time of moving. Advised me of movinghelp.com (which I used) and offered to open early to rent truck so movers could start at 7:00 am

Overall the experience was great. There was no trailer avaliable in Monroe, LA and when I called the 800 # they transferred to several different areas. Then a lady in Mobile, AL. really help me a lot to reserve a trailer in Jacksonville, FL and the man in Jacksonville, FL was a great help also.

The man over charged our credit card and still has not called back even though he assured us twice that he would. The truck was maintained but smelled bad. I have been too busy moving to even handle this but it was pretty shady. I like U haul. This guy is just an independant and he ripped us off. The reciept he printed me said 276 and change. My card was charged 311 and change. mmm hmm

I originally was to pick up a car transport from the Edgewood location. I called the day before and was told they had one available. When I arrived at 7:15 a.m. the next morning, there was not a transport available. After spending some time on the phone and computer, they sent me to another location. I was 2 hours late leaving on my trip.
