No one was there to assist with the pick up of the car dolly nor was there anyone there to receive the dolly when it was returned. In addition, the cable to connect to my vehicle that operates the car Dolly's brakes and brake light was not found. I was extremely unhappy about that.

How U-Haul Reviews Work!
Amos WThe truck I rented drove great! But I had to go far to pick it up!..it had an empty tank. There needs to be more 15' trucks available to accommodate their popularity. My overall experience was a 9 out of 10. Thank you.
Leslie EWait half an hour at pickup location tobe seen. Office was very untidy.
SHELDON AExtremely nice guys, very helpful and I would definitely rent from this location again!
