Had to go to place twice called several times man was nice once we got hold of him on phone returned truck and trailer on Sunday on Monday there was a charge on my credit card for what I don’t know he said he would email me a receipt but I have yet to receive one I need this charge removed

John HI made my reservations for one way. I was gonna dropped off in west side. When I went to dropped off they tell me my reservation was 2 ways. That’s make me spend more money because I drive more miles than what had to & I live in west side.That’s make me unhappy. This is worsted.

Dwayne EHe's very slow, he had to verify all my phone numbers, which I've never had to do before. And he did NOT have on a mask. His location is very dirty He have me worst truck ever. I'll never rent from uhaul again. The truck drove horribly, the ac/defroster didn't work it was alot of rain in georgia. So I had to drive slower, which took me longer to reach my destination and , The ac wouldn't turn off and drank gas very quickly. The truck stunk too!!!

CAROLYN HEquipment was never checked in properly. I was contacted by the regional office to see if I still had the equipment. When I finally received my receipt, it incorrectly stated the drop off date and time and I was over billed.
Erik BI returned my equipment the same day I rented it 11/20/2018 10:36 from Columbia, Sc returned it to this location 11/20/2018 Jacksonville, Fl @4:50 pm. I had to get a email stating I didn’t return equipment in which I did. Called the return location and spoke with the personal who answered he said he would call back but never did. I asked when I returned it was there anything I needed to do. He said no. This is not a good experience because I could have been held responsible for something I knew I turned in.

John HThe man was pretty nice but wante to charge me extra for being an hour late after I called him. So make sure you give yourself the necessary time to get to the drop off location.

ANTOINETTE WI was disappointed because i made reservation on one side of town(very nice),and had to pick up vehicle on the opposite side of town ,approx.18miles away(wasn't as nice)....would like for vehicle pick-up to be at reservation location or at least be informed(otherwise) prior to making reservation.

OLA WOverall the experience was great. There was no trailer avaliable in Monroe, LA and when I called the 800 # they transferred to several different areas. Then a lady in Mobile, AL. really help me a lot to reserve a trailer in Jacksonville, FL and the man in Jacksonville, FL was a great help also.
JOSEPH FThe man over charged our credit card and still has not called back even though he assured us twice that he would. The truck was maintained but smelled bad. I have been too busy moving to even handle this but it was pretty shady. I like U haul. This guy is just an independant and he ripped us off. The reciept he printed me said 276 and change. My card was charged 311 and change. mmm hmm

DEBORAH DI originally was to pick up a car transport from the Edgewood location. I called the day before and was told they had one available. When I arrived at 7:15 a.m. the next morning, there was not a transport available. After spending some time on the phone and computer, they sent me to another location. I was 2 hours late leaving on my trip.
