Has a Office building set up but never there unless you have a scheduled rental. I tried stopping in day before to ask questions and was closed. When picked up trailer, he had to clean out the inside (moving blankets/ sweep. After hooked up - left front clearance light was inoperable & his response was â€œit'll be alrightâ€. When I asked if this 5'x8' enclosed trailer would hold a Queen size mattress his reply was â€œI don't knowâ€Stephen S.

The office did not look like a U-Haul reception center. The hours are odd, and even when they're supposed to be open they were not. The difference between the quality of the pick up location and the drop off location was like night and day.WILLIAM C.

No one was on site to take our keys, etc. Just as we were about to drop the keys into a lockbox, we saw the note to go to a website to check our truck in. We struggled for at least 30 minutes to input information into a certain part of the site, and couldn't get past that spot. Finally, after being at the lot for 45 minutes, a guy drove up to check us in! He said they have problems with the website! Geez----ya' think??!!Carole M.
The initial drop off site on my contract was out of business. Attempts to call uhaul resulted in an unrealistic hold time of over an hour. I was able to locate this location on Monticello Rd and took the trailer there. Christian, the attendant at this location was very helpful in assisting me in accepting and placing the trailer.Allen B.

Owner not very personable. Lives onsite and is rarely open/available. Had to knock on his door to get him outside to help us. Several people were waiting to drop off equipment and he stated â€œthere are other uhaul places, they can waitâ€. I would recommend going elsewhere.Hiram G.
The UHaul 24/7 application for renting didn't work as advertised. It took us 20 minutes to go through the app and needed the local on-site person's help to navigate. Screens are confusing and the process way too slow. On returning the vehicle by clicking the link from the text that UHaul sent me, the automatic location determination would not work using Safari or Chrome browsers, even though my Privacy settings for location clearly showed that UHaul had access to my location. I had to launch the UHaul application and start the process a third time to check in.Brett S.

There was barely any room to park the truck. My husband had to park 1/2 mile down the road since there was no customer parking available.Thomas J.
The rental agent was efficient but his manner or customer relation skills could be be described as remote and indifferent. You did things his way or he wasn't going to help. He was just lucky I needed the truck and didn't have time to go elsewhere. I've had more pleasant experiences buying a $1.00 soda at a convenience store.ROBERT K.
I had to use the online check-in, which did not work, it stated location services was off and it was not, tried multiple phones was on hold for an hour trying to reach a representative while the movers waited around which cost me an extra $100 and an employee of this U-Haul location showed up and refused to speak with me or help and said I would have to come back at 1 PM. Truck had not been cleaned out and had garbage in the cab. I would never use this online check in again I'm not even sure if I would use U-Haul as no one was available to help me and my hold time when calling was ridiculous and really made my move stressful and delayed and cost me more money, unnecessarily.Serena H.

When we dropped off the person who runs the place was there but said he didn't open for 30 minutes. Since there was a discrepancy in my contract drop-off location and the app I didn't want to leave the key until I could talk to someone. Left truck to come back. Then he called b/c he wondered what happened. He told me it was ok to drop off keys. I told him I was on my way back and would be there in a few minutes when open. When I got there he was not open. Waited for a bit. He never came out of office/house so I took pics of truck, dropped keys and left.
