When I entered the drop-off location. I walked in and asked to be helped. The young man at the counter said he had no idea how to handle it and i would have to wait for the boss. He never once made an attempt to ask for the "boss". He then typed a little on the computer took a phone call and left without ever letting anyone know i was there waiting. Thats when I used the website to return my truck.Robert S.

The service at Bruce's was great the U-haul mobile ap and the computer system needs help and did not work very wellmichael B.
the first place we were scheduled didn't have trailor that we reserved. I ended up with a 4" screw in my tire the second place I was sent to had a thrashed trailor. On the return of the trailor the lot person was excellent. you should offer a 25% discout to a consumer when the equipment is not there when they reserved ahead of time.Shawn N.

The owner wasn't available to check me in. He had no other employee that could do it. He said I needed to wait 1 1/2 hours for his return to receive my tow dolly. I told him that didn't work for me. He said â€œtoughâ€ there was nothing he would do about it. He was VERY RUDE AND UNACCOMMODATING. it doesn't say anywhere on my contract that I was required to make an appointment to return the tow dolly. This rude guy should lose his Uhaul dealership! I told him I would be complaining to Uhaul and he said â€œgo ahead he didn't careâ€. Very poor Uhaul representative.JOSEPH S.

The truck seemed like it have must needed some maintenance because the steering was hard to handle. I've driven several U-Haul trucks and this one did not handle properly nor did it feel safe! It was very a stressful drive.Kdee L.

We were going to pay cash then found out that there was $100 deposit that wasn't disclosed to us so we had to drive 28 miles round trip to the nearest bank branch that was open to deposit funds to be able to use my debit card. Huge inconvenience. You need to disclose that there is a $100 deposit if your paying cash. We could of made arrangements and been prepared. The business we picked up the uhaul closed at 1pm we were Suppose to pick u haul at 12pm. The business owner had to come back and open up just to rent us the u haul. Not the greatest experience renting from u haul. Considering our first reservation that day was cancelled due to no availability of truck, so we were refunded $50 dollars and directed to this other business where we had to not only waste our fuel but didn't pick up truck until 2 pm.jesus P.

Confirm same day. There is no way for me to find out if rental available if I'm outside of cell coverage, hence almost missed ability to rent. Not open on Holiday even though I called to confirm with U-haul that they were. Nope!Ethan B.
