The problem is not with this location. The problem was with the location in Aberdeen, SD. We rented a trailer over a month before this. They called us 3 days before and said they did not have a trailer for us and we would have to drive to Sisseton 2hrs each way to go get one. Then they didn’t have the blankets we paid for, so then we had to go back & call the places in Aberdeen to see if we could get the blankets we paid for. Not very happy about all of this.

Returning the equipment using the app was difficult and made my return way later than when I actually arrived which resulting in me being charged way more than I could afford causing financial issues immediately with my other moving expenses and hardship for me.

The store was closed and there was no drop box to leave keys so I had to leave them in vehicle. I worried all nigh if someone would take vehicle.

Make sure that they tell you everything how much it's going to be total if you don't have a credit card not just if you had a credit card. I stood there for a very very long time. They need a seat when something goes wrong so that person can sit down. But what happened was my credit card would not accept him to take the money out and he heard it on the phone that I had enough money on there so it wasn't my fault either. But when I got to the truck the seat had something sticky and the cup holder area too. I think he should have started the truck to warm it up and so I've been easier for me to get the snow off so I could see where I was going. The guy himself was nice, he was just learning. But not being told how much exactly it was on a cost if I had to pay in cash that it was going to turn out to be a lot lot more money.

THis is not the location's issue, since it was not my preferred choice. They had a lot of trouble accessing the uhaul online system, but let me take the trailer without logging in, which I appreciated, but was nervous there would be a an issue later. The trailer appeared clean, but had a distinct fish smell. It accomplished what I needed.

The trailer worked very well for me, the employees made the rental process very quick so I was able to accomplish my task as quick as possible.

I waited almost an hour trying to rent a car dolly . The Ace hardware employee was trying to do the rental contract ,but the computer wouldn't work. After about an hour she called the uhaul rep and he took my information over the phone and finally got it done. I brought it back 6 hrs later and they still couldn't get the contract to work. I just wanted my receipt. Again i waited about 30 minutes while they tried to get my receipt. I finally had to leave without the paperwork . I did finallly get my receipt the next day . The folks at Ace were trying ,but it was obvious their contact with uhaul is a mess !!!
