We requested pick up in Aberdeen, they called the day before and said we had to drive to get the u haul, it was an hour and half away from Aberdeen. As a single mom it was a huge inconvenience especially with the gas prices so high. Not everyone has someone to take them to go get it not to mention they were not nice about it on the phone.
