Awful experience. You allow customers to reserve equipment you don’t even have available. When I call no one can find my rental reservation even after I give them the reservation number. You wait too long to make the customer aware of the equipment they reserved know that it is not available. You charged me twice! Your customer service reps told me I would be refunded, a manager canceled it because they couldn’t see the double charge. I had to call back and your customer service reps made it seem like it was my fault. Your company has gone in the shitter. Unlikely to use U-Haul ever again.

No one helped unhook the trailer and did not know much information

CHAD RWe requested pick up in Aberdeen, they called the day before and said we had to drive to get the u haul, it was an hour and half away from Aberdeen. As a single mom it was a huge inconvenience especially with the gas prices so high. Not everyone has someone to take them to go get it not to mention they were not nice about it on the phone.
