The new facility is terrific! Veronica is quick to reply to all requests. We were there for a year and we were thoroughly satisfied. 5 Stars!

When I arrived to pickup the rental the box where the key was kept had the wrong lock code which required me to contact the off site manager. On the plus side he was very helpful in finding the right code, but this caused an extra hour of time in getting the truck

This new storage facility is great! Staff was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They even recommended local help to unload our truck. Since it is new, they are still building and finalizing site work but it doesn’t detract from the clean and accessible units right off of Route 25. Highly recommend Buck Stop Storage! 5 stars!
