There was no one there, completely self service, I did everything myself. At the drop off location, the girl said just put it over there, again completely self service.

When I arrived to pickup the rental the box where the key was kept had the wrong lock code which required me to contact the off site manager. On the plus side he was very helpful in finding the right code, but this caused an extra hour of time in getting the truck
