I-Haul needs to get in here and get Mr. Buckley the support he needs to run this thing successfully. A lesser patient individual who lacks patience will not like renting from here. I appreciate the little things called customer service. Mr. Buckley is a great individual who understands what U-haul is lacking in supporting this location! This is a comment for UHAUL Corporate, not Buckley RV... Provide front-of-the-line escalation support when needing to refer the renter to a UHAUL service center to correct trailer harness issue. Since the trailer could not be released until the harness lights were working, we had to drive to a true UHAUL Service Center in Auburn, WA to have it corrected, but the Service Center said they could not help us for SEVERAL DAYS. When the renting UHAUL location cannot help and the renter has to be referred to a different UHAUL center to allow the rental to continue, there should be processes in place to call ahead and escalate a quick trailer wiring harness inspection and repair so the rental can continue. It took about an hour and a half of negotiation to get the service center to relent and have someone look at the issue. They claimed they were overbooked, but there was no one in the service bays. Once they agreed to look at it, they had it corrected in under 15 minutes and we could go back to Buckley RV to get our trailer.Stephen E.
The check-in process online was great, the staff really worked hard to have everything ready. Very professional staff. With the digital check-out, the extra info like a phone number who is not the emergency contact doesn't work for people who don't have those contacts...it just added a lot of stress, because going inside doesn't ask for that info. Take the physical check-out, and mirror it digitally...here you have added extra requirements. I liked the check-in. process...it took a little long to take all the pictures but in the end it was a good process. With some tweaking of the check-out process, this could be very easy for people. This is my "go to" U-Haul place. I'll wait to rent so that I can rent from Buckley RV rather than go somewhere else.Katrina O.
The employee was rude. He wouldn't let me leave my car at the location even though I was alone and had no one to drive it for me. When I returned the truck that night, he came over and was rudely waving his arms and pointing over and over where he wanted me to park the truck. I found that to be unnecessary when I was tired as hell, cranky, and had a hard time backing it up in the dark. Could the employee not move the vehicle the next day? How inconvenient would have been for him to move the vehicle himself the next day? It would take him two minutes to do it himself in daylight. Not to mention the accessory I rented wasn't in the vehicle. I had to go in and ask for it. What's the point of contactless check out if I had to go into the office? Overall, I didn't feel welcome, and the employee made me feel that my rental was an inconvenience for him.Olivia C.

We had to sweep out the back of the truck and there were still items left in the back. It was just kind of gross to load our furniture into. The inside of truck was covered in dirt. The man who helped me check out at the desk was very nice though. I wish we could have received a cleaner truck for the cost.Gabriel S.

The employee on 10/18/2020 was very rude and unhelpful. Thankfully I was able to choose mobile checkout. Then at the end of confirming my pickup, in the store, I asked him where we could park my Jeep and he said nowhere. There was SOOOO much space to park inside and outside the compound. I asked him what is the closest place to park and he informed me over and over again that â€œyour contract states the rental of a Uhaul not parking for your car.â€ The closest public parking to this establishment was mile walk down the very busy 410 highway with a 60 MPH speed limit and no sidewalk. What Uhaul building doesn't provide parking, never happened to me before. Thankfully I decided to bring help, which I didn't actually plan for until that morning. Horrible employee and building. They give me broken up dolly to tow my car cros country,tires almost bald,right blinkers not working,when I asked to change they didn't know how to do it in the system,guy got mad and gave me dirty look,I was basically forced to take it,he said if get ticket for not working lights that I call back Uhaul and they will pay my fines,was told I get charge for service when I return equipment but that wast a case,they took money right away,very poor service and I won't go back to uhaul ever againZehrudin C.

If my rental is for 24 hours then why do I have to have the equipment Back same day at a specific time and then get multiple phone calls about why the truck is not back same day at a specific time? If our rental is 24 hours then I shouldn't have to tell you what time I'm going to be back same day. The return time should be the time in which I picked it up. I don't understand this location is the only location who has done this to me.Nacquata B.

The Buckley RV location has come through in a clutch for me several times, two of which happened in 2020 due to helping a friend move then moving myself. On one occasion I needed a wardrobe box but none of the other locations nearby had one. On the second occasion we needed a 10ft truck that could go one way. After contacting three other locations that couldn't supply one, I recalled the previous occasion where Buckley RV came through for me - and they did again. In the future, I will check here first.Steven P.

I was informed when I parked my car that I "had paid to rent a vehicle not park a vehicle." When I asked for recommendations for where I should park my car, I received a smirk and no response. The UHAUL vehicle worked perfectly, but I would not return to this location because of the very poor customer service.Jesse W.
