The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the equipment or what was going on. When I mentioned the tire pressure being low the attendant told me that I needed to pay to put air in the tire. The tire pressure light was on upon getting the keys. I had to ask for a receipt to be sent to me.

GENERAL HUsing the app was easier than I expected. The pickup took longer than I thought only because the convenience store was VERY busy and he was the only one working. I could have been on the road about 30 mins sooner had there been more help.
