guy was nice very helpful and they stayed open late to return the truck with no issues. The truck smelled like a bathroom that’s been used. hard smell to get used to

The truck was clean, but the back had trash and old blankets in it. There was zero customer service.
Alison CEnsure that the van is clean before renting it! Furthermore, the van’s dashboard indicated low air pressure on one of the tires, I expressed my safety concerns and, I was told not to worry, and that I could put air on the tire! I was overcharged to make matters worse!
