How U-Haul Reviews WorkPick up was great and the attendant was helpful. Drop off was a poor experience with no help on working through the process of checking back in. Rough customers making it slightly uncomfortable as well. This was also not the location I selected but Uhaul informed me after my pick up time that the location had moved. Overall bad experience renting the truck.
