You guys changed my location 30 min before pick up to a far location. Then I thought I had to returned it to the original one, then charged me for a late return. Very disappointed.

The man at the counter was extremely rude and the tire pressure light was on when I was given the vehicle.
Kirstin CI've called and reported to U-Haul.com that you are sending the reservations, receipts and surveys to the wrong email address. I am not Caroline . I was assured that this would be corrected when she picked up the vehicle but obviously it was not.

TIFFANY FThe truck was not in great shape. Door wouldn't shut all the way and the tire pressure monitor system wasn't working. The truck ultimately ended up driving fine, but I wouldn't call the condition of the truck anything above average. Also not sure why I was charged a $15 "safe move" charge after I returned it.
