Every thing was good but I put more gas in than I used. But you logistic people that take care of were your vehicles have no respect. They tried to make me take the truck 20+ miles in another town in the wrong direction, other than the agreed location. Then the woman on the phone was bothered that I couldn’t drive the truck to a different location and was not happy.
Daniel MI am unhappy that U-Haul always tries to change your pick up and drop off location. It has gotten worse over the years. There is nothing worse than trying to complete a move and getting bombed with a ton of emails, telling me different locations for pick up and drop off after I have already made arrangements.
WILLIAM AOnline checking/out was a nightmare. Your website kept crashing. Took 30 minutes to get my key. Website crashed again while doing the inspection. Turn in was bad as well, luckily the attendant came out and we went in and he checked me out

Jillian PFirst- this was not the location I originally requested due to previous problems with the manager. U-Haul changed my pickup/dropoff without telling me. The U-Haul was not clean! My asthmatic husband had to endure cigarettes, ashes, dog hair, and filth in the cabin. Reeked of cigarettes. The office was closed at pickup due to an emergency. Took me 25 minutes to get a hold of someone by phone, who told me the attendant left for a emergency 45 mins ago. Nobody called me to advise! And then the representative NANCY was extremely rude when I requested help with my virtual check in. Then the office was closed again at drop off! Had to mess with virtual drop off again and waste time away from my baby! Why am I doing your job for you?!

Peggy CI was charged for 3 days, initially. I called and Amber said she'd refund me for 2 days since in only had the truck for 23 hours. Then I checked my bank account abs I was ReCHARGED for the initially three days PLUS one day for a total of 4 DAYS! This is completely unacceptable!! I will dispute the charges through my bank and let anyone I know, never to use your bullshit service!!

MICHAEL CThe location was fine but I had a lot of issues prior to picking up my truck. I put in a reservation for a 26' truck and only found out that one was not available when I called the location myself the day before pick up. I don't understand why I was not alerted in any way. I called Uhaul and was told there were no 26' trucks within 50 miles of me. The rep said they would offer me a 20' truck with a free trailer as well as a free additional afternoon. After I got to the location, none of these things were in the system. I had to speak to 4 different people at Uhaul to try to sort this out. It was a huge headache and a horrible experience. I am grateful for Amber at Budget Mini Storage who was the only person I enjoyed speaking to that day.

RONNIE BOnly Problem I have found is that The Storage facility hours of operation are different than the operating ours that was reported to me by U-Haul scheduler. I could have save an hour at pickup time. The pickup facility has slightly different operating hours. Other than that, everything else was good.
Commodore CGlad to see the trailer had good tires on it. Have rented trailers before that the tires were so bad I was afraid we wouldn't make it
CHANCE OEXPENSIVE
FLORENIO RI was just a bit skeptical re: billing. My final total was about $2 more than what was originally estimated & pulled from my acct. I would have liked very much just to put 2 one dollars bills on the desk. Other than that, top service. Clean well running vehicle. Thank you.

Julie JWhen I went to drop off the auto transport there was no one at the facility and the gate was locked. I called the number on the contract and talked to a gentleman named Gaurd, and he said that the person was sick and could not make it in to open the location. he told me there was a maintenance man there and he would try to get a hold of him to let me in. as I hung up the phone I saw the maintenance man and told him the story and he let me in and told me where to park the transport. I parked the transport and unhitched it myself and then drove to the exit and the maintenance man let me out. I was not able to check the transport back in so I am not even sure if it shows that I brought it back, I called the person on the contract back and left a message for him to please check it back in and to call me back to confirm that he had done so. never heard back from him. U-haul sure leaves a lot to be desired

Gayle YOnline the mileage rate was lower then at the rental location. The place you leave your vehicle could be safer, too close to the road traffic. Makes it difficult to back out.

Wade WYour service for telling people where to drop off equipment is awful. Or perhaps it’s the system. Twice we have been told to drop off equipment somewhere and the location was not informed and did not have room for the truck or trailer. This has caused undue waiting and confusion while multiple phone calls to U-Haul offices had to be made. Your system is broken and very inconvenient to people moving who are obviously already exhausted. Next move we will NOT be using U-Haul as this seems to be an on going problem you have yet to fix. Two moves and the same issues. We quit. This move alone this problem arose twice in just one week. Unacceptable. Three strikes and U-Haul is out.

Romelia WI have no complaints with this business. I do have a suggestion though—the published trailer size, 5’ x 9’, where the 5’ (60”) dimension is an outside dimension measured from fender exterior to fender exterior making the inside useable area 4’ x 9’. I consider the misunderstanding my fault. I should have asked or measured the usable area prior to renting, but the renting business needs to make sure the renter is getting what he wants.

If he didn't know an answer he went out of his way to get it. He never rushed me and made me feel I was very important as a customer!! That is so, so rare these days. I had a business in the past and he is the kind of employee that is rare today. You can tell he gives it his all and can be trusted to handle difficult situations that come up! I will be using U-haul a lot more because of him. Thank you Danny for make the process and move so much easier!!
