Maybe UHaul could purchase some diesel fuel trucks to save on fuel expense. 1100 mile cost $500 for fuel. Otherwise, uhaul staff were awesome! They were flexible with return date without added fees! Trucks clean and fairly comfy.Carol D.

I specifically ask for a U haul that would fit a large refrigerator. The refrigerator would not fit. I called same day & asked if they could get me a bigger truck. The salesman said he could not switch trucks. I was forced to leave my expensive refrigerator behind. Poor customer service.George R.

Customer service poor. They person at the mini storage place had a poor attitude and pretty much didn't care. When I returned the truck the next afternoon, I couldn't check out with the online online option. She was at lunch and said she would take care of it after her lunch was over. That was at 3 PM. I called back at 445 because I still have not received any information including a receipt stating that everything was OK. I had to call back the next day to get the information from a different person. Come to find out I'm getting charged $15 for the fuel level not being where it was when I rented it. I returned it above the fuel level that it was at when I picked it up. I have receipts to show it as well. I called back to dispute the charge and the guy at the mini storage told me that I had to call the one 800 U-Haul number as it was u hauls program and they couldn't do anything about it. I've Called multiple times and the wait is over an hour each time. I'm not going to wait on my phone for over an hour!! Poor poor customer service all around!WESLEY K.

I arrived at 10 minutes to 3 p.m. and nobody was in the office there was a note that they would be back after 3:05. Business office States open 9 to 6 so we did have to wait. Other than that drop off was simple and fast the employee was pleasant.KIM F.

The truck had scratches and dents all over the truck that were not documented and when I asked how to document them the lady looked at her watch made a big deal like I was wasting her time. Also found a beer bottle, dirty masks and trash behind the seats. They also charged me before I signed any paperwork so after it was corrected I had to call my bank for an hour before they could charge me the correct amount and i could get the truck. Even though the place has Uhaul rental and drop off, I was told I was not eligible for the free month storage unit U-Haul offers. This too is misleading as the location clearly states u haul rental.John L.

Lack of communication as to where the truck was supposed to be picked up. I was told one location, then redirected to another. I should have been apprised of the change the day/night before. The location was clean and the attendant polite, but it was not the location I had selected and reserved two months earlier. I received a phone call shortly before the date to pick up the trailer telling me this, and where I would need to go as an alternative. After expressing my displeasure, I was told I should be happy they located another option fairly close. When I reserve something at a location and have confirmation of it, I expect it to be available.WILLIAM P.

Traffic Dispatch could not get the location right and sent me to another location to pick up equipment. I had to call and find location of equipment and return to original location to pick it up. Then the equipment was not attached to the vehicle properly and detached after about a mile. Electrical was damaged and I had to wait for repairs.EDWARD S.
