JUANITA MWas supposed to drop off at different location further away, but they were closed, note on door gave me another address, it was closed also. Looked up uhaul locations on phone and got the address for the final place, lots of extra driving around. He accepted the uhaul and fixed everything on his computer.
JAMES SThe employee was very rude, even raised his voice and was completely unprofessional, I had to ask him to take a deep breath and calm down because he was extremely impatient and clearly hated his job. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience I would never recommend this location.

MICHAEL RLocation was graded - Uhaul probably lost a customer. I finally gave up on the lock, only for the person at the location to arrive and turn the lever, I had done everything right but could not get the lever to open. He said I am not the only one. The lock is also at a very difficult position on the side wedged between another item on the wall making it hard to manager. I saw the wording for the break handle and reach down since the truck was not moving easily and did not feel anything. Because it's covered with signage it's not obvious if my hand was on the signage versus the handle, why in the world would you make it non-visible. Thirds - the decal covering the lettering to let you know what shift you are in makes shifting more difficult (because it's so hard to see what position the shifter is in), especially for a person my heigh (5 ft 4 in). lastly, the seating is really for a TALL person, I had to move the seat far forward and stretch my body as tall as possible to safely drive. I don't consider myself short either. I blame UHaul not the locatoin for these issues. If I rent again I will search for other options. I have always rented Uhaul (I am 63 years old and probably rented a Uhaul about 15 times between the East Coast & AZ). It was too frustrating and I did not feel I could adjust the seating for safe driving.

CAMERINO GI selected this trailer because I needed the tie down points for the item being transported. Half the tie down points were missing and much of the wood railing on the sides was broken, so the trailer was less capable than I paid for. Also, the lighting wire was broken. The worker did not fix it properly and it broke again after a 5 mile drive, causing me to have to repair it properly. Finally, the air pressure in the tires was completely wrong and one of the tires had almost no tread left. The trailer was obviously neglected, not maintained well, and potentially dangerous.
Michael HThere is a discrepancy in my bill. I traveled 8.7 miles and was charged for 9 gallons of fuel. Obviously ,the truck was not full as stated.
BUTCH KOutstanding response when I called and told them I would be dropping it off a day early. When I arrived they were ready to receive me and quickly got the trailer unhitched and us in the road. Top notch operation.

Cynthia GThe cargo trailer we were rented broke down on the side of the road in the middle of no where. We waited 2 hours for a service person to come help. Maybe you should service your cargo trailers and make sure nothing is wrong with them before renting them out to people especially when driving a long distance. Very unsafe and a huge inconvenience for us.
