I came in to return a truck and auto trailer. Its a small area there with not much parking. The gentleman seemed a bit bothered with where I chose to park it. Maybe there should be some signs indicating such. He wasn't very personable. It was hot and he was the only one there-- but I'm new to the area and it sure wasn't much of a welcome.Janice T.

Make sure the person behind the counter has been trained or has help, and train on customer service. She was a relief fill in but it was an absolute nightmare. I have never had issues renting from uhaul before.Frank S.

The pickup location was very COVID-19 friendly and aware.Vincent S.
It took FOREVER to just pick up the van. I chose mobile pickup so I wouldn't have to deal with the office person. But, mobile pickup still requires everything to be done thru the office. The van was filthy dirty. Nasty used q-tips and screws in the cup holders, the cargo hold was dirty. I mentioned it to the office person and he mentioned that it just got delivered by uhaul "yesterday" and he "figured" it was cleaned. He thought it was funny.Jennifer D.

Guy working on shift was drunk, could smell the liquor as I watched him connect the trailer to ensure he wasn't messing up. On our way out he lets us drive off with a chain dangling. Granted, it is part of my responsibly to check A whole 360 around the trailer and truck but he didn't bother waving us down to say something. Waiting about a mile down the road and someone shouted at us through there window passing in traffic. Other than that, the ratchets for the front straps absolutely need replaced.Jeffrey G.

The girls at budget Mini Storage on Fulton Drive you're awesome they gave my crew a good truck and it was well maintained and they were quite efficient with our rental and our beautiful girl on top of everything they know everything that they know what's going on over there I would recommend this location to anybody watch out U-Haul on Highway 69 these girls are kicking but they're really doing well over here you should have them on your crew thank you. I have rented uhaul for years. This was the absolute worse experience i have ever had. Staff who do not know thier product or the specifics of thier contracts. Conflcting information and miss information. Quotes of pricing that doesn't actually exist. All in all a very bad experience. Will never rent from this location again, will take the time to go to a reputable u haul dealer.iris B.

The Lady handling rentals on that morning, was extremely professional, VERY AWARE, OF THE equipment available and had me on my way. change the initial agrr\eement without notice, like one-day rental instead of two, resulting in paying penalties, wrong reading of the gas gauge and no contract update resulting in penalties at drop off locationdoru B.
This facility did not check the truck with us when we picked it up. They charged us 7 gallons of fuel when we only went 9 miles and the gauge didn't move. We should have been charged only about $58 and I have a total of $115 taken out of my account. Will not recommend or use again.Jason B.
