CELIA VI am a women, the owners of this franchise called me yelling at the top of their lungs (2 men), being absolutely disrespectful. It was humiliating. On top of that they wanted to scam me for more money. If i could give zero stars I would, they turned a good day into a sad one.

Dawud HI reserved Uhaul from a location near my place, but the Uhaul was not available at the last moment and they made me rush to another location to get the Uhaul. Had a really bad experience because what’s the point of reservation if customers can’t even get the Uhaul services. Better make it a first come first serve service so that customers don’t think of relying on this company at all. Other than this the customer support agent was rude and didn’t hear any kind of apologies from them. They made me feel as if they were doing a favor by changing the location for the Uhaul pickup.

DIEGO MFirst time renting a haul, they sent me the contract AFTER I was billed did not notify me that refueling was necessary PRIOR TO picking up the keys to the truck, nor did they notify me AFTER I gave the keys back. Just billed me. Uhaul did in fact refund me for this locations negligence.
NIASIA SThe truck was dirty, the previous client left a bag of trash and food along with some flip flops inside the cab! The rep didn’t even come out to look or help with anything! The location didn’t look clean! And last but not least when I call and spoke to a rep she was nasty, and was trying to speak down to me as if I was child.I had to pick up from two different locations! I should get some type of reimbursement for my troubles/ and lack of professionalism and concern towards the client! I payed about 3k for this service it not acceptable!
Julio OThe staff is excellent, always ready to help... and to help customers about the elevator, it will be better if we know which floor the elevator is stopped (basement or upstairs) because we have to search for it when we need to use it and sometimes it isn't possible... and when the customer is new, always as possible, someone shows how to use the elevator. Thanks. Congratulations.

Celia V1) Incredibly long wait time to pickup a van that was already booked ahead (45 mins). Only one attendant who tried her best to help. 2) "Mileage out" on the vehicle was incorrectly noted. I was assured that adjustments will be made in the final bill. However, adjustments were not made and I was overcharged. 3) Facility was not clean.
