Dawud H.I reserved Uhaul from a location near my place, but the Uhaul was not available at the last moment and they made me rush to another location to get the Uhaul. Had a really bad experience because what's the point of reservation if customers can't even get the Uhaul services. Better make it a first come first serve service so that customers don't think of relying on this company at all. Other than this the customer support agent was rude and didn't hear any kind of apologies from them. They made me feel as if they were doing a favor by changing the location for the Uhaul pickup.
