If using the phone app make sure your location services is recognized because mine would not work even though I had it on. I had to get another person come with their phone to get logged in.

The system is poor. I was registered for a 15' truck in Feasterville, a 10' truck in Pottstown, and eventually procured a 9' cargo van in Gilbertsville. The customer service people were great, and helped immensely. Your system is awful. The app is poor as well. Do better.

Had to drive excessive miles to pick up 26' truck & pay out of the pocket for gas for my personal vehicle & moving vehicle. Terrible that customer has to absorb this expense! No furniture pads with moving vehicle. Not a good experience. U-Haul needs to get their act together!

Van not available when indicated. Had to come back. Tank was not filled. Was not cleaned or sanitized. Lady running the location was rude on the phone (Gilbertsville) and anal - a real pain in the ass. She doesn't wear a mask even though it is mandated. I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with the Gilbertsville location.

Customer service was terrible. Woman at front desk was more than unprofessional, she was rude. She did not explain anything. She was not helpful. She was on the phone while pointing to have me sign the agreement. Later for returning equipment, extra large uhaul parked blocking in parking space. Woman called me explaining that I blocked the gate and made her job more difficult, after the fact. She was more that insulting to me, using the term "why in gods name would.." I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place. Could not be more displeased.

The vehicle was dirty and their were personal items left in the back of the U-Haul that I had to remove. The employee at the site was unaware of the Mobile pick up process and requested that I cancel and start all over again with her, which I did not do. This is the second time I have used the Mobile option to pick up a rental in the last few weeks, and it seems there is some confusion between the servicing locations and U-Haul. A lot of these locations do not have a place where folks can get access to the keys for the vehicles, so if no one is onsite 24/7 Mobile pick up should not be an option.

Teach them how to pick up a van remotely... when the business is closed. Wasted an hour n a half trying to figure it all out... which threw the entire day into a tailspin

Make sure your customer service is knowledgeable in thier job. The male I dealt with was rude, gave inaccurate information to my questions, and ended the conversation abruptly. Never going to go thru your company again.

You need to realize that not everyone owns a smart phone in order to collect the keys when they get to the spot to pick-up the U-Haul. we just received the registration number and not the code we needed to open box to get keys. also the next couple had the same problem we did. but the lady at the spot was very nice and got the situation completed and got us on our way.

I'm not sure who is to blame, the facility where I picked the truck up or U-Haul itself but, someone canceled our order without notifying us so when I showed up to pick the truck up I had to wait 50 minutes and deal with U-Haul through text message because their phone lines were down. It delayed the move which was a problem for all involved

Not a big deal, but I noticed the pressure on one tire way very low and caused a pull to one side while driving. I had a short trip, and this didn't impair anything, but that's something that should be maintained.

Scheduling and pick up were easy. However the $44 quote turned into $129 for a 2 hour rental! That's a ridiculous amount of money! Will probably not rent from UHaul again. I'm sure there are much cheaper rentals out there. Very very disappointed!

My husband and I had never used the app before to pick up and drop off a U-haul truck. He dropped off the truck with us not knowing we had to use the app to show we dropped it off. So he locked it up and dropped the keys in the box for the truck. I went back first thing in the morning since we forgot to put the dollies back in the truck anyway and the woman I talked with was so incredibly nice and helpful. She helped me unload the dollies from my car and told me that we didn't have to do anything for drop off on the app that she would take care of everything. Definitely would recommend this location and would use again if I was doing business with this location!

A little confusing at this location since it looks more like a storage place than a truck pick up. No real place to park the vehicle for overnight drop off.

Confusing as to where to park the truck. There were a few lined up outside and then some inside the gates. I didn't have a gate code so couldn't get in and there was only room for 3 trucks outside the gate.

Have proper equipment that was ordered and a clean truck that doesn't leak. Person was nice...but.....and it may not be her fault but truck was dirty and the pads and furniture dolly I ordered was not there. Uhual in phoenixville tried to get me to pick up there because the truck I ordered - where I ordered it - was not there so I took a 26' instead of a 20'.....

Have the unit at the agreed upon lot, don't modify the contract after it is signed, give the agreed upon days of milage and day instead of changing stuff to rip your customers off. That a good start, try not ripping off your customers and lying to them.

I went from renting a 29.95 truck to paying 84.35.... I would luv to know what could cost 50 xtra dollars.... I did three trips at 0.6 miles each way.... The gas gauge didn't even move. So what could be 50 bucks more!!!??????
