Check engine light.was on AC didn’t work even though it said truck was air conditioned The location I made the reservation at wasn’t open yet guy sent to to second location that added a couple extra miles but did not make any adjustments

Gavin S | Overall ExperienceOverall no problems with the location I picked the uhaul up at. However, MAJOR problems with the overall service model at uhaul. I called a week in advance to make my reservation, and they told me they’d call me the day before to confirm everything. When I received the information to pick up the truck, it was 3 hours after I originally made the reservation for. So I had to call to correct this but I was very nervous THE DAY BEFORE that I might not have the truck in time for my move. They ended up being able to correct the issue; however, the stress and anxiety this caused was not ideal. I also asked when I made the reservation, where I could drop the truck off. They told me to ask when I received a call the day before my reservation, so I asked then too and they told me to ask when I picked up the truck. When I picked up the truck, they were not able to tell me where to drop off the truck. Another very nerve wracking and stress inducing instance because I did not want to be charged extra for not being able to return my truck the same day, ON ACCOUNT OF uhaul not confirming where I could drop it off, AFTER I already asked THREE separate times. I called an 800 number on our way to move, and they finally were able to tell me where I could drop the truck off. Not really sure why it took four calls to receive confirmation on this. Moving is already such a stressful, tedious, and dreaded task… count on uhaul to make it worse.

He explained all process and procedures in a very timely manner which helped put my mind at ease. He was also very kind and took the time to listen which is a loss art. Betty HKevin was great during the duration of my year long rental. Unfortunately, in June, I called Kevin that I wanted to add a new card & have it be autopay. I came in presented the card. But, subsequently, he never put it on autopay. After returning home from Europe. I saw that there were multiple delinquent fees as well as a lien fee. I explained the misunderstanding/mistake that was made & wasn’t offered any type of discount, not even an apology sheesh. I was totally okay paying a late fee or two.. But to hit me with 5 late fees and a lien fee, When in all honesty you had my card info and I told you to auto charge it…In honesty the mistake was Kevin not applying whatever needed to be applied for it to be auto pay. Definitely a mishap and not intentional. but unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Along with the fact that a lot of my stuff got wet inside the unit. And it was filthy when I first moved in…spiders dust and just dirt like soil everywhere. If there’s a way to rectify this. I’m all ears. But I was def let down when Kevin literally said nothing when I explained the missed communication we had. Actually pretty upset about it

Randy BI was overcharged for items that I declined for on my rental such as the extra insurance and was charged a cleaning fee when the truck was clean. I brought it back the way I got the rental. This was not fair. I've rented from uhaul stefko blvd for many yrs and Never had this problem. I want these charges refunded to my account
Mary CBoth of the guys i dealt with when i picked up my rented equipment and when i returned it were very easy to talk to and understand. Their customer service was excellent and overall made renting something extremely easy. I know where i will be going when i need something again.

I never got to rent a van because customer service gave me an available location near my home but when I got the call it was a location 25 miles from my home and I cancelled. When I called customer service back she actually hung up on me. Very rude. And I would never recommend this business to anyone

Privacy R | First ImpressionsBruce indicated that part of what made his job more difficult is a constant upgrading/changing of the UHaul computer interface. Perhaps some standardization is in order?
I had cancelled this reservation a few days ago by phone. I needed climate controlled units. Your storage did not have them.
